Nowadays, due to increase in developing of a virtual learning system, constructing of an instrument for assessing the effectiveness of them is a useful action. So, this study was carried out with the aim of presenting an approach for assessing the effectiveness of teachers’ virtual in-service training from teachers’ view. The method of research was descriptive and statistical population of it included all teachers that have passed at least one e-course from teachers’ virtual in-service training system. The total numbers of teachers were 2040 people. Therefore, the 325 subjects were participating in the study. The related data gathered through a researcher-made questionnaire was used. This instrument is an adoption from Levy’s questionnaire. For determination of validity of the questionnaire, the content and formal validity was used. So, the Lawshe’s Content Validity Ratio was applied. The Content Validity Ratio was 0.63. For proving the reliability of it, the Cronbach’s Alpha test was used. Thus, the alpha for both value and satisfaction constructs respectively was 0.92 and 0.90. The results showed that there wasn’t any significant correlation between value and satisfaction constructs. So, value & satisfaction are independent constructs. Furthermore, the results of data analysis of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the using from four components in assessing the effectiveness of teachers’ virtual in-service-training was correct. Also, this analysis showed the instrument has construct validity. Also, on the basis of factor analysis, we understand the categorizing of characteristics in four components, supporting system quality; content quality; availability; technology is accurate.

The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of curriculum-based educational software (designing wood products) and practical workshop (technology of wood production) Wood and paper engineering technology - wooden structures industry with market needs of graduated people in this field of study. The sample (100 participants) including under-graduate students (engineers) of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (SRTTU) were selected according to Cocral equation. A Questionnaire was distributed to gather data, based on Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire turned out to be 0.875. The results showed that under-graduates believe that the course designing wood products, had significant impact on their career and market, so that the content of this course was the same with the new contents and the needs of industry. But technology production of wood product course (the curriculum-based one) that is based on making wooden products at the workshop showed little impact on the deployment of what they had learned in the industry. So there is a need for proper syllabus design in accordance with the needs of industry and codification as well as the equipment and facilities used in the education of industry and market for the teaching of this course.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method to anticipate students' proceed and to enhance their learning efficiency and success in a learning environment, using data mining. Based on library and survey searching methods, as well as consulting with experts, some effective features in students' learning are identified and then using feature selection method, the most efficient ones are chosen. To clarify the relation between selected features, fuzzy clustering is applied to them. In the second phase of the research, scores of the students of Educational environment study, are predicted, using data mining. Variables taken are midterm and final scores and the average score of selected units in one semester by students studying there between 2006 (1385) and 2012 (1391). According to the achieved methods we can guide each student from the beginning of the semester in line with their effective features, and based on scores gained during the semester we can inform the student about his range of final score to receive an educational plan based on his/her abilities. These methods can be effective in streamlining learning procedure in a system. Test results show the desired accuracy (0.939) of the proposed method than previous methods (discovery of association rules, classification, and identifying the inconsistencies).

The purpose of this study was to compare cooperative teaching and individual teaching on educational achievement in English in grade one of high school (female students). This study is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test- and post- test with two experimental groups. The Statistical population was high school's first grade female students of Mahabad. For sampling, multi-stage cluster sampling was used. The sample size was 52 consist of 25 and 27 members in the experimental group (1) and (2) in which cooperation and individual teaching methods were used respectively. In order to equalize the members of groups the student's GPA were controlled and pre-test and IQ test were done. The results showed no significant difference between groups. The pre-test was a researcher-made. Reliability of the pre-test was obtained 0.83. The cooperative and individual methods were done for 2 months and then post- test was carried out. The results showed no significant differences between them. T-test analyzes shows significant differences between the two groups so that the first experimental group (cooperative) showed better performance in educational achievement.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate high school teachers’ and students’ experience in using technology. The quality and phenomenology method has been applied in this study. The statistic population includes all high school teachers and students in Behbahan city. Therefore, based on purposive sampling method, semi-structured interviews have been done with 8 teachers and 6 students in Behbahan with regard to the use of technology. To ensure the reliability of research data, continuous study method and comparison of the data, summarizing and classifying the information was used without causing any damage to data. The data were analyzed by Smith´s suggested method. In using technology three main themes gained including the effective use of technology, barriers in using technology, factors influencing the use of technology. Three major themes were extracted from the findings that can depict teachers and students’ experiences in the use of technology. The finding revealed that teachers and students are faced with many problems in using technology. The most important issues include; (a) ignoring computer training books (b) pass the entrance examination (c) teachers’ interest and (d) type of course.

Technology category contains different ideas and approaches. Despite different beliefs and approaches, some experts, restricted technology and philosophy of technology in two approaches "instrumentational" and "civilization". In addition, "advanced" or "lack of advanced" Suggest According time priority and recency; So that approach for time priority knows the truth and previous approach knows retrogressive. In this article, following the introduction of brief history of the evolution of this issue that can be expressed; then the views and categories of philosophy of technology are discussed. The result shows that there are several approaches and philosophy of technology, these approaches and beliefs are discussed at a level and surface, time cannot be based on the criteria for preferring one over the other.

The research aimed to study the effects of social software application on constructivist classroom Characteristics. Applied research and descriptive - survey was conducted. The population consisted of all male and female teachers in the smart high schools that were selected by random sampling, 103 of them were selected as participants. The research's tool is scale of constructivist classes based on e-learning model Mvvdly and scale of social software applications. The reliability and validity of tools was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha and internal consistency. The method for data analysis, average fixed, correlation and regression analysis and structural equation modeling was conducted. The results showed that the use of social software and constructivist classroom Characteristics in the sample studied is higher than average. The use of social software and constructivist classroom Characteristics are taught positive and significant relationship. The results of regression analysis and path analysis showed that the use of the Internet and intranet affect on constructivist classroom Characteristics.
