The purpose of the present study is (a descriptive analysis), to review and assess the level of development between the city of Isfahan in terms of having educational indicators and explain the gap which exists between them. .The data gathered is library data and they are according to the documents of statistics center. In order to achieve the research objectives, 33 indicators of effective teaching techniques were evaluated combined with TOPSIS, cluster analysis and GIS. The results showed the gap between the city of Isfahan in terms of educational indicators, it also revealed that in three cities of, Tiran and Karvan , Khansar and Golpayegan the priority coefficient 0.566, 0.564 and 0.546 higher Rating and three cities of Natanz, Borkhar and Falavarjan the priority coefficient 0.134, 0.120, 0.104, the lowest rank. Also, the results showed that Isfahan province in terms of educational indicators is poor, because about 57 percent of the city's poor level , about 17% at very high levels and 26 percent of the cities are located in average level.

: E-learning, by eliminating the limitation of space and time to attend in classes, has found a widespread use in communication between students and teachers. On the other hand, intelligence components, such as providing feedback and hint for students will increase the quality of education. But current methods for implementation of intelligent have high costs. This paper introduces a new method to provide intelligent e-learning at a low cost. Intelligence emergences in two components, including knowledge assessment and selection of appropriate hint during the problem solving. In this approach, a Bayesian network utilized to assess student knowledge and an Artificial Neural network utilized to select the appropriate hint. The structure of both networks is determined by training data. The proposed method is implemented and assessed in an e-learning system. The above 90 percent accuracy in both networks and low implementation cost are of the important advantages of the proposed method. The structure of the two networks which is based on training data makes it possible to use it in a variety of systems use e-learning systems with a diverse range of knowledge.

In this research, descriptive and surveying method is used to evaluate the quality of engineering training programs. The statistical society of the research consists of 130 engineers of AzarAb Company covered by training programs in 2012. Since the statistical society has a low volume, the whole society is considered as a statistical sample. Data was collected using Servqual standard questionnaire. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire and the obtained coefficient was estimated at 91%. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, the comments of several experts from industry and university professors were used and their recommendations and propose amendments were applied to the questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by dual sample t test to identify the difference of each of the dimensions of the model. The obtained results show that engineers are not satisfied with the quality of trainings and that the provided trainings have not met their expectations.

This study was performed aims to Identification challenges of evaluating Virtual College students' perceptions of electronics courses. Statistical population was consisted of all students of Virtual University. For samples, 140 students were selected using stratified random sampling. Research instrument, researcher made questionnaire was a valid and reliable. The obtained data were analyzed. The mean, standard deviation, variance analysis and paired t-tests to measure t. The results showed that the greatest challenges to the evaluation of students' views of electronic Respectively Technical problems with mean 3/71 , Pedagogical difficulties, with a mean 3/20, And Mental health problems with an average of 3.Also, the students' perspective. In the terms different And various disciplines. There was a difference. In the particular challenges of of evaluation. Yet from the perspective of students And in terms different academic, technical problems as the most important challenge of evaluating students' academic performance was introduced.

The aim of the current study, which is a survey-descriptive one is a need assessment of technical and vocational training according to nanotechnology. The statistical society includes the experts working at Technical and vocational Training Organization and its subordinate offices, experts working in the industrial section, faculty members and scientific centers. The data required for this study were collected through researcher-made questionnaires and checklists. The analytic Hierarchy Process was employed to help choose the best courses and skills from four different perspectives, the job market needs and industry market, attention to entrepreneurship development, attention to job creation for university graduates and equality of priorities

One of the factors that can promote health in the society is level of education. Nowadays the number of students and education level of them at tertiary level is increasing. Some of these students' major in teaching and will be dealing with students at elementary and secondary levels. Teachers and students constitute the majority of the society. Teachers play a major role in promoting health awareness of all students and the society. Hence, teachers and students’ health are significant. Then it follows that the role of health education for teacher-trainees are twice as important. Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University is one of the universities which is tiring the future teachers. Our University offers the course of Health and Environment. The present study aims at investigating the role of this course on students' attitude toward health and environment. Then results show that students believe that the content of this course in terms of physical and psychological illness, addiction, nutrition and environmental issues are helpful. Moreover, the respondent agrees with the effectiveness of this course in promoting health beliefs, health behaviors and positive attitude toward observing health norms. The students also agree with the teacher's ability in all the covered teaching contents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of researcher made multiplication table software package of “Hesabyar” on learning and retention of primary students. The sample consisted of 60 female primary school students who were randomly selected and put into two experimental and control groups in the 5th educational district of Tehran. The instrument consisted of posters, book, white board, software multiplication game and tests, which was distributed amongst students in experimental (which have not been used the package) and the control group. The experiment lasted from early November to late March. Data was analyzed by utilizing independent t-test. Findings showed that use of the Hesabyar software package has a positive effect on learning and retention of the multiplication table. Also, the result revealed that there was statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups.
