NASIR software has served Civil Engineering M.Sc. students as an educational virtual workshop and played an important role on promotion of their academic knowledge and computational skills. In this paper, the option of Artificial Dissipation is used to stabilize the central Finite Volume solution of conservative depth integrated flow equations on unstructured triangular meshes. This vertex base model is utilized to simulate time dependent flow due to sudden dam break on both wet and dry downstream bed. The accuracy of the model in computing free surface of the water flow is assessed by comparison of the results of using Artificial Dissipation technique with numerical results available in the literature which are computed using Upwind techniques.

Perdition of location and occurring time of earthquake is impossible. It is realities that in each every year’s earthquake are occurred and it effects the natural environment. Of course, reduction of hazard from earthquake risk is possible. Post earthquake assessment some time needs hundred or thousands engineer. For uniform evaluation of inspection the simple form was needed. The inspectors before earthquake, must be learn how to filling inspection form. For uniform and objective evaluation of damages degree needs the inspection form must be simple and easy for collections data. After a destructive earthquake, inspection and assessment of building in short time is important. In the quality inspection is the visual inspection that needs the experience and knowledge of engineer, which want to use judgment and personality response. In this paper, in addition of managing in disaster, the inspection form and procedure of filling of the form was given. Finally the computer software for evaluation of collection the data was given. After earthquake, the building categorized into three parts, a-the building is safe and entry is unlimited (signed by Green color), b-the building as temporarily unusable, because is limited damaged (signed by Yellow color), c-the damage is extensive and building out of usage until the detailed inspection (signed by Red color).

In this study, effect of hot work on microstructure and mechanical properties of nickel based alloy NiAl8Cr8MoZrB (IC-221M) was investigated. For this purpose, four types of hot work processes at 1000 and 1100 °C with various apply strain were done. Also two types of two stage hot work processes were performed. Our results show that low strain rate hot working causes to reduction of eutectic regions in the microstructure and ordering parameter of crystalline structure and increasing high temperature mechanical properties of as-cast alloy. Finally, two stage hot pressing process on the basis of dynamic recrystallization mechanism leads to increasing mechanical properties of alloy at 1000 °C.

The fast growth of Iran’s population in the 20th century especially during the 80’s and due to the modern viewpoints, caused an unprecedented urban growth. The growth pattern in some cities was scattered and wasted much agricultural land as well as natural resources in the urban fringe. This phenomenon is called urban sprawl. The problems due to urban sprawl in North America created a new theoretical approach called “the smart growth theory”. The city of Yazd is the example of the highest damage caused by fast sprawled growth. The reasons for the urban sprawl in various countries are numerous, but the results and difficulties created are much similar to Iran. Therefore, the “smart growth” solution after adaptation to the special situation in Yazd could be applied. In this research, after the acknowledgment of the problems of sprawl, the experiences of other countries is examined and considering the special circumstances in the city of Yazd, several strategies are developed which could enhance the present situation and prevent the continuation of sprawl in the future

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of on the job training , field of study , degree and years of experience on the administrators' conflict management style in the Girls' High schools and Pre – university schools in Shiraz Educational District Number one in 1386- 87. The method of this survey is casual – comparative, and the statistical population was the administrators and teachers of the above schools . The sample size was 55 administrators and 165 teachers . Two questionnaires have been administered among the sample groups . One of which was about demographic information and the other has been used to investigate conflict management styles . The questionnaire has face validity and its reliability was 0.845(Gronbach Alpha) . The results of analyzing data and testing them by MANOVA indicates that the experience has effect on the conflict management styles . And the experienced administrators uses more frequentlycollaboration style . Additionally to rank the dependent variables،Friedman analysis was used. The result shows the collaboration style has the highest rank and the avoidance style has the lowest rank .

It is certain that the present world, in fact the world of information technology and the world of hasty history, is different because of changes. Education systems in society and university are not detached from other sociable and national organizations and from extensive international changes in global village, since education society is the center of changes and alternations both in historical experience and special condition at present century. Education systems will be changed in the future because there is transformation in social organization of human being but the most important issue is that those kinds of strategies should be used in which education systems at universities are not imitation but recreate themselves in sync with human's development. This paper investigates information and communication technology and its application at university education in different courses of teaching, learning, educational help devices, imaginary libraries and distance education. Then there are different propositions about improving education at universities.

The present research tries to investigate the attitudes of Faculty members who adopt traditional, distance or both educational systems towards e learning. The ex post facto method was used in this study and population of the survey included faculty members of Basic Sciences and Technology Universities of Tehran. The instrument was used a questionnaire containing some questions about Faculty beliefs towards electronical learning. The method of analysis was used MANOVA. In conclusion, it appears that skill development is a fundamental factor for proffessors to adopt e learning. On the other hand, those who didn’t have enough familiarity with e learning issue, were more reluctant to apply it.
