Focusing on quality and expansion of skill education to train creative and skill ful human resources has had a significant increase over the last years. In this regard، creating E-Training centers is among issues that should be carefully considered by training authorities. In this paper، evaluating different models for E-readiness، relying on comparative studies، and analyzing data obtained from national studies، a comprehensive conceptual framework has been designed to study e-training readiness in the country. The achieved model includes three main dimensions: “hard infrastructure readiness”، “soft provisions readiness”، “supervision، and arrangements readiness”، as well as fifteen indexes which offer a comprehensive model to the countries training system and define its position in the development of mass scaled E-learning.

Ministry of Education established vocational education and training at high school level to provide skilled workers for different sections of industry. To understand the extent to which vocational schools provide truly competent workforce and meet the industry needs، its curriculum content and educational methods should be evaluated. This paper aims to study the curriculum of wood industry discipline in vocational schools to understand to what extent it meets the industry needs in Tehran province. The population in this study included vocational teachers، vocational students، and curriculum developers in wood industry discipline as well as wood industry managers and employees in Tehran province. All the teachers and students in third grade of vocational schools in this field and curricula developers (professional members of curriculum committee) were included in the sample as well as 50 members of the wood industry community، selected randomly. A customized questionnaire was used for measuring the extent to which the curriculum met the industry’s needs. Results showed that there are different points of view regarding the issue. According to curriculum developers the curriculum content highly meets the industry needs while teachers and students believed the curriculum content and industry needs partly cover each other. The viewpoint of those involved in the industry shows somewhat relevance between the two. Some books، such as wood construction technology and principles of industrial power technology، are in prime priority to revision، and some others such as physical and mechanical properties of wood، wood storage and drying، technical calculation (I، II، III) are more related to industry needs. Other books should also be reviewed in second priority.

The present study was done to examine the role of mathematic anxiety on mathematic performance of high school students. Math anxiety is a factor that can affect performance in math. This anxiety is influenced by personal and environmental factors، cultural factors and gender roles too. In this research the effect of this factor son performance in math was assessed. The research method had a correlation design which is categorized in descriptive research. The participants of this study were 300 high school students who were studying in Damghan city high schools in 1389-1390. 150 male high school students and 150 females were selected randomly as sample. The subjects completed the math anxiety Scale (Chiu & Henry، 1990).This scale has four dimensions (mathematics anxiety، learning، problem solving، teacher). Findings showed that among components related to mathematic anxiety، just learning anxiety of mathematic could predict the students’ performance. But there was no difference between male and female students mathematic anxiety.

This research strives to investigate mobile learning among applicants of university entrance exam and also with motivation presenting a new framework for acceptance of mobile learning. In this study، definitions of mobile teaching، models used in this research (innovation diffusion theory models، Debone& McLean’s model، technology acceptance model and Dahlberg-Öörni fusion model ). The participants in this study are three schools that have 190 volunteers for entrance to college. The instrument used، was a questionnaire، and in order to examine the reliability of the questionnaire، Cranach’s Alpha and for investigating the relations between variables Pearson correlation and simple regression has been used. The study found that the research framework is confirmed with skilled mobile phone use، perceived ease of use، perceived usefulness، user satisfaction، and acceptance of mobile learning.

Occupational capability is one of the most important concerns of organizations and its members. This factor is also considered in educational organizations. The purpose of this research is examination of the relation between in-service training، years of service record and education with teacher''s occupational capability. This research plans to answer the following questions: Is there any relation between in-service training، service record، teacher''s education and their occupational capability? Also is there a relation between in-service training and each element of capability? For this purpose، female teachers of guidance school in Shahr-e-Rey were studied. Three regions of Shahr-e-Rey were selected based on cluster sampling. For evaluating occupational capability and related elements (communicational skills and group working، creativity and problem-solving، commitment and responsibility، cognition and specialized knowledge، practical and technical skills)، a questionnaire has been used including 5 components and 34 questions based on Likert scale. Stability of the mentioned questionnaire was 0.92 which was calculated by internal stability calculation (Cronbach Alpha); its admissibility was also obtained with reference to agreement of specialists. The method used for the research was descriptive and correlational. For analyzing the data، descriptive statistics was used for indicating how data and demographic features of sample group distributed and for replying to research questions، deductive statistics and particularly partial correlation and stepwise regression was applied. Results showed that among three factors including in-service training، records and education there is a meaningful relation between in-service training and occupational capability. Also، there is no meaningful relation between in-service training and each component of occupational capability. Totally، the results of research show that in-service training of teachers affects their occupational capability and increases it.

Nowadays، creativity and innovation، particularly in the field of research، are of an extreme importance. Group activities have a key role in this area. Accordingly، and owing to the effect of spaces on human beings، this paper has focused on the identification of space aspects that increase the researchers’ creativity and innovation in an “architecture and urban design research center”. To achieve a set of desirable architectural attributes of the center’s public areas، four factors influencing creativity and innovation were taken into account which includes tranquility/physical comfort، motivation، creative thinking، and communication. Also، four spatial aspects، which affect these factors، were considered as privacy، beauty، spatial diversity/flexibility، andproximity/visibility. On the basis of the aforementioned factors and spatial aspects، a four-point Likert scale questionnaire was prepared to gather the researchers’ opinions. The statistical approach of Repeated Measure Analysis of Variance (RM-ANOVA) in the environment of SPSS software was employed to assess the questionnaires’ data. The rankings of factors influencing on the innovation and creativity، from the perspective of being affected by spatial aspects، were accordingly extracted
