This study, master's dissertation of instructional technology were analyzed in point of methodological and executive context. Research methodology was content analysis and all master's dissertations of the public universities of Iran were selected. The total study population was selected as a sample (279dissertations were selected from Alameh Tabtabaei, Kharazmi and Arak University). Results indicate that master's dissertations of instructional technology has been conducted with positivist paradigm and relayed on quantitative approach, and the most methods that were used include experimental, survey, correlation and content analysis. Executive context analysis indicated that the most of researches have been carried out at the universities and schools, and other contexts such as industries and business have rarely been considered.

Electronic Commerce and E learning is one of the requirements of today’s business. Information communication technology development, cultural communication development, rapid scientific-technological development, target population extension that needs high quality education services are some of these requirements. The aim of this study is to identify the affecting factors on E-learning, quality, in aspect of virtual students’ perspective. For this purpose by literature review, we extracted the affecting factors on E-learning quality. Then Researcher made questionnaire distributed among 112 University students of Tehran University virtual students at computational courses. The criteria’s assessment was used by Likert continuum. Then collected data were analyzed by SPSS software. Questionaries’ reliability (by Cronbach Alpha) and validity (by average variance explained) were confirmed. Then the research questions were analyzed by using Non Parametric Kolmogrov-Smironov, Binomial, mean of the ranks and Mann-Whitney test. The results reveal that Tehran University students believed that "quality infrastructure", "teacher" & "technological factors" have been identified in the first phase of this study. In addition, there aren’t any significant attitudes between Farabi & Faculty of management of the University of Tehran. Developing a new E-learning quality assessment model is one of the researchers’ initiations. Also lack of deep view to observed phenomena because of quantity approaches is one of the researchers’ limitations.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and achievement goals with test anxiety and also prediction of test anxiety, based on the personality traits and achievement goals of students. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The population of this research was all students in the third and fourth grade in Mohammadiyeh high schools in Qazvin Province, that were enrolled in the academic year 1392-93. The population number was 1738 students. The studied sample was 400 students (200 girls and 200 boys) who were selected from the population. Sampling was to form of clustered random. Research tools were Spielberger Test Anxiety Inventory, NEO personality traits and achievement goals from Midgley et al. For data analysis the partial correlation coefficient and regression, were used. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relation between the independent variables neuroticism (r=0.316) and performance avoiding goals (r=0.224). There is a negative and significant relation between the independent variables Conscientiousness (r=-0.133) and mastery goals (r=-0.157) with test anxiety, based on the personality traits and achievement goals can be predicted 28.8% of test anxiety scores.

Preparing the thesis is one of the most important parts of education in higher education level. The current study aimed to determine the level of master student satisfaction of interactive and supervisory styles of supervisors. This research was descriptive survey. The population of the study was all entering male and female doctoral students in 2013-14 academic-year majoring in humanities, science and engineering in Tehran's public universities who defended their master's thesis in the past two years (N=3092). Using Cochran sampling formula, 342 individuals were selected as research sample. A researcher made questionnaire was used for data collection. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by experts and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha (α=.87.2), showing an acceptable level of research tool. One sample t test was used for data analysis. Based on the obtained results, the students were not satisfied with any of the supervisory styles of supervisors. In connection to the interactive styles, students adopted horizontal interactive style as the most interactive style. In supervisory styles, using a combination of styles; and in interactive styles, using a positive and dynamic horizontal style is suggested to the supervisors.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the quality of the in-service trainings in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University. This study is a descriptive, survey research. Five indicators, including educational needs assessment, goal development, educational contents, learning-teaching strategies, educational conditions and facilities and evaluation and its components were studied. The population of this study included all the university employees (223 people). 150 people were selected using Morgan’s table and stratified random sampling method. The data were gathered through a researcher made questionnaire, the validity of the tool was verified by experts and the reliability was satisfactory with Cornbrash’s alpha 0.93. The data were analyzed by the Chi-square test. The findings showed the most important qualifying factor was the courses’ trainers and the least important was the virtual and distant education. The properties of the factors are respectively as educational needs assessment, learning-teaching strategies, educational conditions and facilities, goal development, educational contents, and evaluation and its components. At the end, a theoretical model for in-service training was offered.

Due to the increasing development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the community and schools, this study aimed to identify the relationship between the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), and students’ academic achievement in smart and regular schools. The population was primary school students in the fifth grade and the sample included 662 students, which determined through cluster sampling was. The Survey was done through the use of questionnaires. The method for how to collect data for the purpose and descriptive survey that collects data for action. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire made by utilizing ICT validity of its content validity and reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Alpha coefficient was calculated to 0.92, indicating a high reliability of research tool is the tool. The results showed that the relationship between academic achievement (previous year and the previous term) and there is no use of ICT (p = 0.251; r = 0.088; r = 0.048, p = 0.534), as well as the use of ICT in the boys significantly higher than girls is the (p = 0.003; t = -2.98) and the use of ICT in schools was significantly higher than conventional schools is the (p = 0.001; t = 3.68).
