: The purpose of this thesis is to compare the educational effectiveness of Chemistry laboratory in second grade of high school by using the educational software and traditional method . The independent variable was teaching method and the dependent variables were attitude and knowledge. The study has been carried out using a semi-experimental method. The samples were randomly selected from high schools in Ilam city. In each school, two classes were randomly selected; one class was selected as experimental group and the other as the control group. For the former, a pre-test was done which indicated that there was no significant difference between two groups in attitude and knowledge level. Two-dimensional diagram of content–purpose related to the items of attitude questionnaire and knowledge test were presented to professors’ and experts in order to obtain the validity of the instruments. The reliability measurement of learning achievement was α= 0.71 and for the attitude questionnaire was α=0.88. According to the research procedure, the control group did the experiment in the traditional laboratory using chemical substances laboratory tools, and the experimental group did the same experiment using educational software in the computer site. Using the analysis of covariance for post-test, it was determined that the control group had more educational achievement than the experimental one, but the experimental group had more positive attitude to computer and chemistry laboratory than the control group. There were significant differences between two groups in three parts of attitude including: emotional, cognitive and behavioral.

This paper aims to study of knowledge and applying educational technology teachers in learning process of students with problem solving and systematic approaches in experimental science has been in primary education. In this study, two methods: descriptive study (survey) and semi-experimental that design with two groups pre-test and post-test has been used. Samples were teachers and students in grade of 4th primary education in Ardabil province. The results showed that teachers knowledge and use of educational technology low and medium level were evaluated also there is significant relationship between teachers knowledge of educational technology and applying and so applying it improved students learning.

Designing timetables, for example course timetables in an institute, is one of the most complicated and time-consuming challenges for personnel. Automating it, not only can help the personnel to manage their work better, but also can be considered as a desired sample to assess the ways of planning and to tackle the constraint satisfaction in artificial intelligence. In this paper, genetic algorithms are primarily studied and then it is applied for optimization of an imaginary faculty course timetable. The new designed algorithm is based on keeping the better chromosomes of the population and employing genetic operators on the others in order to improve the overall quality of genes. Some other amendments are also carried out to develop a more capable genetic algorithm for TT applications, compared to the standard one. According to the tests, the new GA algorithm will be more successful in generating high fidelity TTs which do not break any hard constraint. The proposed ideas, in this approach are applicable in other similar situations.

This study by the title of the effectiveness of business stressful factors on staff performance has been carried out to determine those factors that affect the administrative and instructional productivity of the personnel in the university. The purpose of this paper is not only to find the business stressful factors that are divided into individual, organizational and circumferential category but also to discover the special ways that could help us to prevent their negative impact on the staff performance in order to enhance their productivity. The descriptive method has been used in this research which is sub division of field survey. Ninety-five person of the statistical population are administrative staff and eighty-five of them are instructional one. The instrument used to collect data includes one questionnaire to measure stressful factors and two other questionnaires to evaluate staff performance. The randomly stratified method of sampling has been applied to this study which consist seventy-six person from the administrative department and seventy-one from the instructional one. The spearman correlation co-efficient method has been used to analyze statistical data and find out the relation between each stressful factor and the staff performance. According to the analytical data it is distinguished that there is reverse relation between the factors and the staff performance which confirmed the hypothesis of the research. In other words, the ascending procedure of each stressful factor will cause the descending procedure of the staff performance reversely

Developing the production centers of knowledge, technology and technical skills is the requirement of economic growth in the third millennium. Entrepreneurship can be considered as one of the important engines of growth and development. At this point, the role of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in the community is determined which can be more clearly realized through universities and centers of entrepreneurship. In this paper, we tried to find the administrative process of entrepreneurship as well as the relationship between education and the kind of necessary training for entrepreneurship. Three tests including: 1 – Kalmogrof-Asmyronf tests, 2- one sample t-test, 3- Friedman rank test were used in this research in a cross-sectional form to test the hypotheses of the research and to analyze them inferentially. The research conclusion has shown that the evolutionary leadership among the internal factors of the university, the university process and the revival factors of the university and also creating a scientific and dynamic environment among the basic and fundamental changes in the university are the most effective ones in the stability of entrepreneur universities. At the end of the paper, some suggestions have been presented regarding the development of "entrepreneurship education" in order to stabilize entrepreneur universities.

: This paper describes "Drawing Analogies", a shape based reminding program that uses freehand sketches to index and retrieve visual references for creative architectural designing.Architecture students and professional designers often employ reference images from books, magazines and other visual collections to find new forms and adapt them into their designs. Many designers indicate that, what architects imagine is the represent of what they have seen. So, it is evident that visual elements play a key role in design process. However, many architects believe that imagination is an essential factor in art and design while the investigation on its importance in architecture education is thoroughly neglected. In this paper, we investigate on imagination and analogy as potential aids to creative design and education. Some examples of how the designers use drawing and describe their approach to find similar visual analogies are also presented. We argue that a graphical reminding scheme based on sketching can help the designers to find interesting references from various domains. Finally, we discuss the ways of using diagrams and freehand sketches as visual sources and explain how students can retrieve them in creative architectural design process.

Nowadays e-learning has an important role as a collaborative learning environment in education. Obviously one of the most important challenges in e-learning is to produce appropriate learning contents for learners. One solution could be selecting and edit appropriate annotations being placed by learners. Due to the possibility of adding annotations to a specific learning content, exploiting learners’ annotations can help course author to improve his/her learning content. Regarding to concepts’ ontology and contents’ annotations, it is possible to edit certain contents in content hierarchy. Furthermore, it is possible to create learning contents by selecting high rated learners’ annotations and presenting them to other learners. Being an implicit method related content annotation that can be easily edited or removed are considered as the advantages of the proposed method of using annotations for editing contents. In this paper a framework for using learners’ annotations for selecting and editing learning contents in e-learning systems is presented. The details of annotations classification and method of rating annotations will be discussed. In addition, the proposed solution is tested and advantages of annotations are analyzed in order to produce feedbacks for authors and the conclusions are shown.
