One of the main goals of education is the development of skilled manpower . Due to the increasing population and demand for entering the universities and higher education institutions and also the economic problems, the issue of "entrepreneurs" is an important matter The aim of this paper is to evaluate the ability of entrepreneurial in Payame Noor university. It asked 450 students at this University in Tehran to answer the questionnaire with 0.86% Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Likert respond method. The results show that: There is a significant and meaningful relation between student 's Creativity and independence and their willingness to entrepreneurship; Risk taking in male students is more than female students; Internal locus of control and independence in female students were significantly higher than male students; Achievement motivation, Internal locus of control and independence in basic science and engineering students were significantly more than the students in the humanities and Creativity in unemployed students was more than Employed ones. Internal locus of control and achievement motivation in Students who passed the Entrepreneurship course was more than Students who don' t passed it ;and Educational activities were related to the development of the components of creativity and motivation.

Abstract: Present study with the purpose of reviewing psychological aspects of adding mobile learning to traditional method of teaching in higher education, was performed quasi-experimental. Statistical population were Islamic Azad University students, Sari branch, who enter university 2012, selected English and Arabic courses which according to cluster random sampling method, sample size of 75 students were placed in two classes for Arabic course in experiment group (39 students) and control group (36 students) as well as sample size of 40 students were placed in two classes for English course in experiment group (20 students) and control group (20 students). Study tools are Hermens achievement motivation test, Rajkumar Saraswat self-concept questionnaire and Eysenk self confidence test. In order to assess study hypothesis, covariance analysis test was used. Results showed that average scores in experiment group showed higher level than control group and also adding mobile learning to traditional method of teaching affects on increasing achievement motivation, self concept and students self confidence in English and Arabic courses.

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of teaching method (lecture and multimedia) on the level of achievement motivation and self-regulation students of distance education centers in Tehran Arabic cource (2). All statistical community to second grade students of humanities degree distance learning centers in Tehran and in the academic year studying 1388-89 were comprised. To select samples randomly from the multi-stage cluster is used. Total sample size of "30 was randomly divided into 15 groups, then a group of multimedia teaching method and the other group received training in methods of training lecture. Academic achievement motivation and self-regulation through varlland test learners through tests self-regulation strategies and pintrich °roate (1990) were measured. pretest has shown not significant difference between the two groups (a) and (2) the level of achievement motivation and self-regulation of Arabic cource (2). Data obtained from these two tests using covariance analysis to help software and Excell SPSS18 were analyzed. The results have shown, achievement motivation between these two groups there is no significant difference. After observed no differences between two groups of academic achievement motivation, internal and external motivation of two groups using independent t tests were calculated and analyzed. Our results showed no difference in academic achievement motivation among internal and external groups the subjects. The self-regulation in the field, the results had suggested that the two groups in their regulatory subscales except anxiety, and efficiency and goal orientation, there is no significant difference.
