Background and Objectives: In recent decades, the development of agriculture and rural areas has been very important and in some cases it has been mentioned as the axis of development. Since the development of countries is impossible without efficient specialists, education is considered as one of the priorities of any country, including Iran. E-learning with modern communication methods is one of the educational systems that has been focused on due to the growth and expansion of Internet networks and has been proposed as a new idea and the key to the transition of human resources to the information society. Today, to increase the motivation of learners and improve the productivity of education, attention to digital technologies is increasingly important. With the beginning of the age of information technology, educational systems were one of the first areas that underwent changes and the use of new and active learning methods by educational administrators in various fields such as agricultural sciences, engineering, medicine, etc. have been felt. The current study of the effectiveness New educational communication tools in Comparison with Traditional Methods in Increasing water resources usersKnowledge. Method and Materials: In a quasi-experimental study, 60 gardeners were randomly selected as the samples. They were divided into two peer groups with respect to age, education, economic status, amount of land, being a member of social network (30 for experiments and 30 for control). The main tool for research was the researcher-made questionnaire which was formed on the basis of existing theoretical comments. Findings: The results showed that the strategies that gardeners apply for climate change are intercropping strategy, using integrated farming systems, changing the time farming operation, drought-tolerant crops. According to Levene test and equality of variances, there is a significant difference (Telegram and What Sapp) between the pre-test scores and post-test scores in the group receiving mobile learning. So that education through social networks and electronics had a significant impact in adopting coping strategies relating the effects of climate change. Conclusion: The results indicate that the component of the hope for recovery has had the greatest impact on adaptation to climate change. And the component of fidelity has the least effect. Also, demographic and psychological components explain 61% of changes in farmers' adaptation. According to the research results and in order to increase the learning efficiency and improve the level of knowledge and skills of gardeners and farmers, it is suggested to use new methods of hybrid instruction education. It is also suggested that training courses on the use of modern equipment and tools for gardeners be considered by those involved in the field of agricultural education and the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture. Since e-learning as well as mobile learning are not limited to a specific time and place and have a very wide scope of practice and are known as ‘teaching at any time and place’, therefore, it is recommended to make maximum use of this potential capacity to create growth and development among gardeners.

Background and Objective The issue of improving the quality of education has always been considered and is becoming more and more important in recent years. Recent advances in the computer and information technology industry, the introduction and emergence of information networks and communication technologies, have introduced new methods to designers, programmers, managers and implementers of educational programs. The influence of new information technologies on educational centers has changed the simple teaching-learning relationship entirely. Thus, with the development and penetration of communication and information technology in the university, it is expected that learning patterns will change and the revision of curricula will be given more attention. The use of new technologies in agricultural education is also very important for the following reasons: because on the one hand, technologies related to agriculture, food and natural resources are constantly and rapidly developing, and on the other hand, the low quality of education of agricultural specialists, food experts and manufacturers are recognized as part of the world's food security problem. Unfortunately, in most countries, the training of human resources in agriculture section is one of the most important priorities in development projects, and as a result, educational programs have not been tailored to the needs of production and the demands of the agricultural labor market. The purpose of this study is to compare the views of faculty members and graduate/postgraduate students (MA and PhD) concerning the barriers and strategies for developing e-learning in the College of Agriculture, Bu-Ali Sina University. Methods: The required data for this study have been developed using a survey method by questionnaire technique. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The amount of it for the 46 items of the faculty members of College of Agriculture' questionnaire was 0.84 and for the 46 items of the graduate/postgraduate students (MA and PhD)’ questionnaire is 0.85. Population samples of this research were 63 faculty members selected based on census sampling and 280 graduate students selected by multistage random sampling with appropriate assignment. To identify the barriers of developing e-learning in Faculty of Agriculture of Bu-Ali-Sina University, factor analysis was used. To compare the results of both comments Wilcoxon test was used. Findings: The results of comparing the groups indicate that the responses of faculty members and students conform together in 37 items out of 46 items in the questionnaire; and they were inconsistent with each other in 9 items. In other words, 80.43% of respondents in the questionnaire had relatively similar comments and 19.57 % have different opinions. Conclusion: In order to develop e-learning in universities and higher education centers in the country, it is recommended to invest in the training of human resources and the training of skilled manpower. Because the development of e-learning will fail without specialized and capable human resources, and thus the resistance of the traditional education system increases and make it more difficult for information technology to enter higher education. In addition, it is important to pay attention to the nature of various disciplines in planning e-learning. E-learning cannot replace traditional education and it must focus on courses and disciplines that the traditional education system is not capable to address, or those whose problems are tackled better with modern technologies and more success is observed.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine teachers’ current and desired knowledge and skills related to curriculum and instruction. The population for the study was 1214 students of agricultural schools in the west of Iran (Hamedan and Kermanshah Provinces). A systematic randomization resulted in a sample of 398 participants from the population. A survey questionnaire was constructed and used to collect data from randomly selected students and were analyzed by SPSS software. Based on the results of the test and Cohen's effect size in comparison t-test with a significance level of 0.05, the agricultural education teachers in three levels - professional skills in order to provide the innovative curriculum and training by a factor of (C.d. =2.00), the use of educational technology in lessons coefficient (C.d. =1.54), scientific methods of assessment and evaluation multiplier effect (C.d. =1.41) are moderate to low.
