ارزیابی میزان کارآمدی روش یادگیری الکترونیکی در ایجاد رضایت بین دانشجویان واحد‌های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شمال‌غرب ایران

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی میزان کارآمدی روش یادگیری الکترونیکی در ایجاد رضایت بین دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. روش تحقیق (کیفی-کمی) بود که در بخش کیفی، از نوع تحلیل تم مصاحبه‌ها / گروه کانونی، و در بخش کمی، توصیفی و به صورت پیمایش بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، صاحب‌نظران حوزه یادگیری الکترونیکی، نخبگان دانشگاهی، اساتید و کارشناسان خبره، تحصیلات تکمیلی که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی مصاحبه‌ها تا حد اشباع با آنان انجام شد. در بخش کمی، دانشجویان دوره تحصیلات تکمیلی شمال‌غرب ایران که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسش‌نامه بود. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و PLS، تحلیل شدند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، سازه‌های پژوهش در سطح رضایت‌بخش بود. همچنین تمامی مؤلفه‌های کارآمدی روش یادگیری الکترونیکی به جز واسط کاربر و کارآمدی تمرین و تکالیف ارائه شده در روش یادگیری الکترونیکی مطلوب بود.

The purpose of this study was to evaluation the efficiency of electronic learning method on the satisfaction of graduate students. The research method is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In qualitative section, a theme-based questionnaire/focal group and in quantities section, a surveying type was used. In the former section, the statistical population of the research was graduate students of the Islamic Azad University units of Northwest of Iran, via using purposeful or snowball sampling, and in the latter section they included students of supplementary education through using proportional sampling. The data collection instrument in both conditions was a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that all the components of the research was satisfactory. with the exception of user interface all features of e-learning was efficient.
