بررسی نقش آزمونهای مجازی با کاهش استرس

چکیده

پژوهش باهدف بررسی نقش آزمونهای مجازی در کاهش استرس از دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرند درسال تحصیلی1395-1396انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها از نوع میدانی می باشد جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرند به تعداد1896می باشد(تعداد جامعه آماری دانشجویان1740 و اساتید156 نفردانشجو) می باشد.تعداد نمونه آماری دانشجویان بر اساس جدول مورگان293 نفرو تعداد نمونه آماری اساتید27 نفر می‌ باشد. روش نمونه گیری برای هر دو گروه روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی می باشد.ابزار اندازه گیری در پژوهش حاضر، پرسشنامه می باشد.پژوهش حاضر از دو پرسشنامه بهره مند شده است. پرسشنامه اول ،پرسشنامه استاندارد آموزش مجازی و پرسشنامه دوم محقق ساخته می باشد. روایی پرسشنامه ها حاضر توسط اساتید متخصص مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.در بررسی پایایی این آزمون، میزان همسانی درونی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده است . پژوهشگر پرسشنامه استاندارد آموزش مجازی را91.0 و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته را 0.87 محاسبه نموده است.برای تحلیل داده ها در سطح آمار توصیفی از نمودار، درصد وفراوانی ودر سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شده است.از این مطالعه نتایج زیر حاصل شده است: برگزاری آزمونهای مجازی در کاهش نگرانی نقش دارد.

چکیده [English]

The goal of this study is to evaluate the relationship between virtual testsand reduced stress from viewpoints of masters and students in Payamnur University in year 2016-17. This study is applied one based on goal and is descriptive-survival base on nature and is field study based on research method. Study population is masters and students of Marand PayamNur university (n=1896, 1740 students and 156 masters). Sampling method in both groups is relational stratified sampling method. Data collection tool is questionnaire. Two questionnaires are used in this study. The first one is standard questionnaire of virtual education adoptee from and the second one is an author-made questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire is approved based on professional’s opinions. In examining the reliability of this test, the level of internal coordination was calculated using Cronbach''s alpha method. TheCronbach''s alpha for the standard questionnaire for virtual education was 0.91 and the researcher-made questionnaire was 0.87, respectively. For analyzing the data at the descriptive statistics level, the graph, percent and frequency has been used and the Pearson correlation test has been used for the level of inferential statistics. The following results have been generated: Virtual tests are associated with reduced concern.
