مولفه های موثر بر ارتقای حس جمعی در فضاهای آموزشی دبیرستان

چکیده

چکیده
ایجاد احساس جمعی، شرایط مناسبی را برای رشد و تحول اخلاقی، اجتماعی و جسمانی دانش آموزان فراهم میکند. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است برای سنجش شاخص های مورد بررسی از روش پیمایشی جهت پاسخ دادن به فرضیات پژوهش استفاده شد. در این راستا با مطالعة منابع موجود، 16 مؤلفه مؤثر بر احساس جمعی استخراج گردید. با طرح، توزیع و جمع آوری پرسشنامه، آرا و عقاید جامعة پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور ، 40 پرسشنامه در میان جمعی از اساتید دانشگاه توزیع گردید و میزان تاثیر و اولویت مؤلفه های روانی ، کالبدی و رفتاری به دست آمده، سنجیده شد. با حذف پرسش نامه های ناقص، در نهایت 19 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. که در نهایت از تکنیک فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. در میان مؤلفه های روانی، مؤلفه های امنیت و شناخت افراد و مکان و در میان مؤلفه های کالبدی، مؤلفه کیفیت فضایی و در میان مولفه رفتاری، فعالیت جمعی به عنوان مهمترین مؤلفه های مؤثر بر ارتقای احساس جمعی فضای آموزشی شناسایی گردیدند. ، برای ارتقای سطح احساس جمعی در فضاهای آموزشی، می توان اقدام های ذیل را مدنظر قرار داد که عبارتند از : توجه به مکانهای فعالیت ، توجه به امنیت در فضا ، شناخت افراد و مکان ،کیفیت فضایی.

Creating a sense of community provides a good environment for the students' moral, social and physical development. In this research, it has been tried to provide a suitable platform for social life in a learning environment by exploring and understanding the influential factors on the subject of sense of community and relying on the provision of educational space needs.In this regard, by studying the available resources, 16 factors influencing the sense of community were extracted. By designing, distributing and collecting questionnaires, opinions of the research community were studied. For this purpose, 40 questionnaires were distributed among a number of university professors and the degree of influence and priority of the psychological, physical and behavioral components were measured. By removing incomplete questionnaires, 19 questionnaires were analyzed. Finally, the hierarchical analysis process technique was used. Among the components of psychology, the components of the security and recognition of individuals and places among the physical components, the spatial quality component and among the behavioral component, the collective activity as the most important factors affecting the development of the sense of community of the educational environment and finally, design strategies were presented.
