ارزیابی نظام یاددهی و یادگیری در آموزش عالی الکترونیکی، مورد مطالعه: پردیس علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری دانشگاه تهران

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی نظام یاددهی- یادگیری الکترونیکی در پردیس علوم اجتماعی-رفتاری دانشگاه تهران از دیدگاه دانشجویان است. هم چنین این تحقیق به دنبال یافتن عوامل زیربنایی و متغیرهای مرتبط با ارزیابی نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی است.تحقیق حاضر بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی و بر مبنای روش، از نوع توصیفی، همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل کلیه دانشجویان که در سال تحصیلی 1394-95 (ورودی های 93 و 94) مشغول به تحصیل بوده­اند. نمونه آماری نیز شامل 175 نفر از دانشجویان که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. در این تحقیق پس از بررسی ادبیات تحقیق در مورد سنجش کیفیت در حوزه های مختلف، 28 شاخص اصلی تاثیر­گذار در ارزیابی کیفیت نظام یاددهی-یادگیری در بستر الکترونیکی شناسایی و پس از نظرسنجی از خبرگان، مدل نهایی  طراحی شد. این مدل متشکل از هشت بعد تربیتی، فناوری، صفحات ارتباطی، ارزیابی، مدیریتی، پشتیبانی منابع، اخلاقی و سازمان  مبتنی بر مدل بدرال خان می باشد. سپس داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها و براساس سؤالات تحقیق مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل ساختاری، حاکی از برازش مدل در حالت کلی می­­باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان دهنده این است که عامل مدیریت بیشترین و عامل اخلاقی کمترین ارتباط را در کیفیت نظام یاددهی-یادگیری از دیدگاه دانشجویان دارا می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of current study is the evaluation of learning-teaching system from the students’ viewpoint at the Facultis of social and behavioral sciences in the University of Tehran. Also, the research seeks to find the main related factors and variables with the evaluation of e-learning system. The current research is applied and descriptive-correlational and the research population included all students who were studying in the academic year 1394-95. The sample included 175 students selected by simple random sampling. In this study, after reviewing the literature about measuring quality at different context, 28 main indicators affecting quality of online teaching-learning systems are identified and after the survey of experts, the final model is designed. This model consists of training, technology, communication, evaluation, management, resource support, ethical and institutional dimensions based on Badhal Khan's model. Then, the research data were analyzed based on the questionnaires and research questions. The results of the structural analysis indicated that the model is fit.  Also the results revealed that the management actor had the most and the ethical factor has the least connection to the quality of teaching-learning system from the perspective of the students. .
