تبین اصول حاکم بر اجرای مطلوب درس پژوهی : مطالعه ی موردی استان مازندران

چکیده

این پژوهش باهدف تبین اصول حاکم بر اجرای مطلوب درس پژوهی درس ریاضی در آموزش پرورش استان مازندران انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق به روش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه متخصصان و خبرگان درس پژوهی است. شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از نوع گلوله برفی 16 نفر انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه را اشباع نظری تعیین کرده است. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و روایی داده‌ها به‌وسیله چک کردن اعضا بررسی و تائید شد. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه به روش مقوله‌بندی تحلیل شدند. در کل 5 مقوله عمده از مصاحبه‌ها استخراج شد که شامل جنبه انسانی (خلاقیت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و انتقادپذیری)، جنبه ساختاری (تجهیزات فناورانه، نظارت، برنامه‌ها، حجم کار معلم، نسبت تعداد معلم به دانش‌آموز و به‌کارگیری نتایج)، جنبه فرهنگی (کار تیمی، فرهنگ مدرسه‌ای، اعتقاد و تعهد به تأثیر درس پژوهی، همکاری خانواده، روحیه پژوهشگری معلمان و مدیران، همکاری معلمان بجای رقابت)، جنبه مدیریتی (پشتیبانی، روند امتیازدهی، حمایت مسئولین، تأمین بودجه، حمایت سایر عوامل اجرائی مدرسه و زمان) و جنبه یاددهی-یادگیری (تبادل تجارب مفید آموزشی، کارگاه‌های آموزشی، سبک‌های نوین تدریس، تیم استانی درس پژوهی، محتوای آموزشی، تبدیل ارزشیابی کمی به توصیفی و طراحی آموزشی) بوده است.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to explain principles governing desirable lesson study practice in mathematics in Mazandaran Province’s Educational Office. The research method was qualitative and of phenomenological type. The statistical population of this study included all experts in lesson study. 16 participants were selected through Snowball sampling. The sample size was determined by theoretical saturation. The data collection instrument in this study was semi-structured interview and th validity of the data was assessed and verified by evaluating the participants. The data resulted from interviews were analyzed through categorization method. Totally, 5 major categories were extracted from the interviews, including human aspect (creativity, responsibility and being open to criticism), structural aspect (technological equipment, supervision, programs, load of teacher work, ratio of the number of teacher to the student and applying results), cultural aspect (teamwork, school culture, belief and commitment to impact of lesson study, family cooperation, Researchers' spirit of teacher and principlas, teacher cooperation place of competition), managerial aspect (support, scoring process, authorities’ support, provision of budget, support of other school factors and time) and pedagogical aspect (exchange  of useful educational experiences, workshops, new teaching styles, provincial team of lesson study, educational content, conversion of quantitative evaluation to descriptive and educational design).
