ارزشیابی محتوای دوره‌های آموزش الکترونیکی دانشگاه‌های تحت استاندارد اسکورم

چکیده

با توجه به رشد روز افزون استفاده از استانداردهای تولید محتوا همچون استاندارد اسکورم در آموزش الکترونیکی، هدف پژوهش، ارزشیابی دوره­های محتوای آموزش الکترونیکی دانشگاه­های تحت استاندارد اسکورم از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه اساتید و دانشجویان دوره‌های مجازی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بود که 230 نفر از دانشجویان و 45 نفر از اساتید به روش هدفمند و براساس جدول­کرجسی مورگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع­آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه­های محقق­ساختۀ اساتید و دانشجویان بود. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط کارشناسان متخصص و استاد راهنما بررسی و  پس از انجام اصلاحات لازم تائید شد و ضریب پایایی آلفا برای نسخه دانشجویان 0.77 و برای نسخه اساتید 0.90 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تی­تک نمونه‌ای) استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین میانگین میزان دسترس­پذیری، طراحی آموزشی، سازمان­دهی محتوا، بازخورد و ابرداده در دوره‌های محتوای آموزش الکترونیکی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و همچنین از دیدگاه اساتید براساس استاندارد اسکورم تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج نشان دادکه میانگین میزان مؤلفه­های استاندارد اسکورم در دوره­های محتوای آموزش الکترونیکی دانشگاه شهیدبهشتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید براساس این استاندارد در حد مطلوبی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Considering the increasing popularity of using content production standards like SCORM in electronic education, the objective of this survey is evaluation of electronic education content courses in the universities under SCORM standard, from the viewpoint of students and professors. This study uses a descriptive applied survey-type methodology. Statistical population of the survey is professors and students of distance learning courses in the Shahid Beheshti University (case study) consisting of 230 students and professors. They were selected purposefully on the basis of Morgan and Krejcie table. Data collection tools were researcher-made questionnaires of students and professors. The alpha validity ratio for the students’ questionnaire was measured as0.77and for the professors’ questionnaire as 0.90. In order to analyze and evaluate data, descriptive statistics (mean value, standard deviation) and deductive statistics (one-sample t-test) were used. The survey findings showed there is a significant relationship between the mean value of accessibility, educational design, content organization, feedback and super-data in the electronic educational content courses in Shahid Beheshti University from the viewpoints of students and professors according to SCORM standards. It also showed that in their viewpoint, the mean value of SCORM standard factors in the electronic educational content courses of Shahid Beheshti University, according to this standard, is in an appropriate level.
