چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی آموزش فاوا برای کارکنان است. جهت طراحی، تدوین و ساخت ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه و تحلیل کیفی مولفه هایی شامل مفاهیم پایه فناوری اطلاعات، بکارگیری رایانه، واژه پرداز، صفحات گسترده، پایگاه داده، ارائه مطلب و اینترنت استخراج شده است. و براساس مولفه های فوق پرسشنامه ای با 35 گویه تنظیم گردیده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان حوزه ستاد وزارت آموزش و پرورش درسال تحصیلی96-95 می باشند و حجم نمونه مطالعاتی آن280 نفر درنظر گرفته شده است که با استفاده از نمونه گیری تصادفی به منظور اعتبارسنجی بیرونی انتخاب شده اند. پایایی ابزار پرسشنامه در این پژوهش مقدار 92/0 برآورد گردید که نشان از پایایی بالای ابزار طراحی شده داشت.‌به منظور بررسی روایی مدل تحلیل ساختاری روش های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و اکتشافی، تحلیل مسیر و برازش بکارگرفته شده که نتیجه تحلیل اکتشافی شامل هفت مولفه شد که همگی دارای همبستگی مثبت بودند در پایان نتیجه تحلیل عامل تائیدی بدست آمد و شاخص های برازش در مولفه های آموزش فاوا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند که نشان از برازش مطلوب و مناسب دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to design and validate ICT training model for employees. To design, compile and construct research tools, some components including basic concepts of information technology, computer use, word processor, spreadsheets, databases, presentations and internet have been extracted using interviews and qualitative analysis. Based on the above components, a questionnaire including 35 items was developed. The statistical population of the research is the staff of the Ministry of Education headquarters in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample size of the study is 280 people who have been selected using random sampling for external validation. The reliability of the questionnaire in this research was estimated to be 0.92 which indicates the high reliability of the designed tool. In order to study the validity of the model, structural analysis of confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis methods, path analysis and fitting were used.The exploratory analysis results included seven components, all of which had a positive correlation. Finally, the result of the confirmatory factor analysis was obtained and the fitting indices in the components of ICT trainingwere evaluated, which indicateddesirable and appropriate fit.
