بررسی راه‌کارهای کیفیت‌بخشی به آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی راه‌های کیفیت‌بخشی به آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت در دانشگاه شهید رجایی بوده است. این تحقیق یک تحقیق پیمایشی و از نوع توصیفی است و چون در نهایت پیشنهادهای کاربردی ارائه خواهد نمود در دسته­ی تحقیقات کاربردی قرار دارد. برای این منظور 5 شاخص نیازسنجی آموزشی، تدوین اهداف‌ و محتوای آموزشی، راهبردهای یاددهی - یادگیری، شرایط و امکانات آموزشی، و ارزشیابی، و مؤلفه‌های آن­ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه­ی آماری این تحقیق، کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه شهید رجایی که آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت برای آن­ها به اجرا درآمده (حدود 223 نفر)، بوده است. نمونه‌گیری براساس جدول مورگان و به­صورت طبقه‌ای تصادفی انجام شده است و در نهایت تعداد 150 نفر به­عنوان نمونه­ی آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­ی محقق­ساخته استفاده و روایی محتوایی آن با نظر متخصصان تأیید شده است. پایایی ابزار در اجرای مقدماتی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 در حد مطلوب بوده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون مجذور کای استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها حاکی است که مهم‌ترین عامل برای کیفیت‌بخشی به دوره‌های ضمن خدمت در دانشگاه به مدرسان دوره و کم اهمیت‌ترین عامل به استفاده از آموزش از راه دور و مجازی اختصاص یافت. اولویت‌های شاخص‌ها نیز به ترتیب: نیازسنجی آموزشی، رویکردهای یاددهی – یادگیری، شرایط و امکانات آموزشی رفاهی، هدف‌گذاری و تعیین محتوای مناسب و در نهایت ارزشیابی از دوره‌ها تعیین شد. در پایان الگوی نظری آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت در دانشگاه شهید رجائی براساس یافته‌های پژوهش پیشنهاد گردید.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the quality of the in-service trainings in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University. This study is a descriptive, survey research. Five indicators, including educational needs assessment, goal development, educational contents, learning-teaching strategies, educational conditions and facilities and evaluation and its components were studied. The population of this study included all the university employees (223 people). 150 people were selected using Morgan’s table and stratified random sampling method.  The data were gathered through a researcher made questionnaire, the validity of the tool was verified by experts and the reliability was satisfactory with Cornbrash’s alpha 0.93. The data were analyzed by the Chi-square test. The findings showed the most important qualifying factor was the courses’ trainers and the least important was the virtual and distant education. The properties of the factors are respectively as educational needs assessment, learning-teaching strategies, educational conditions and facilities, goal development, educational contents, and evaluation and its components. At the end, a theoretical model for in-service training was offered.
