بررسی ارتباط رضایت از عوامل محیطی با موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان

چکیده

احساس رضایت از محیط یکی از آرزوهای بشر بوده، به‌عبارتی احساس رضایت، یک مفهوم آرمانی است که زمینه مناسبی را برای توانمند‌‌سازی افراد و اجتماعی نمودن آن‌ها در جهت مشارکت و دخالت در امور مربوط به خود و در نهایت زمینه توسعه اجتماعی فراهم می‌کند. در پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نحوه ارتباط رضایت از عوامل محیطی با موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان مد نظر قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق کمی- کیفی بوده و به دنبال رابطه میان متغیرها از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و تحقیقات پیمایشی بوده است. لذا از طریق تهیه و توزیع پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش میزان رضایتمندی در میان دانشجویان، مسیر پژوهش در پیش گرفته شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده که متشکل از 54 نفر دانشجوی مقطع دکترای رشته معماری دانشگاه آزاد شیراز بوده است؛ از طریق انجام محاسبات آماری در نرم‌افزار SPSS نتایجی استخراج گردید که مبین وجود همبستگی میان دو متغیر بوده است. میزان این همبستگی حدود 0.308 می‌باشد، که نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه‌ی معنادار بوده و مبین سازگاری فرد با دانشگاه است.

چکیده [English]

Satisfaction with the environment is one of the human aspirations, in the other words, satisfaction is an ideal concept that provides an appropriate context for empowering individuals and socializing them in order to participate and interfere in their affairs and ultimately in the field of social development. In this study, the relationship between satisfactions of effective environmental factors with academic success has been considered among students. The quantitative and qualitative research method has been looking for the relationship between variables through library studies and survey research. So, through the preparation and distribution of satisfaction standard questionnaire, the research path started. The variable of satisfaction of environmental factors is considered as an independent variable and academic success as a dependent variable. The statistical population of the study was calculated using the Cochran formula, which consisted of 54 architecture Ph.D. students in Shiraz Azad University. Results were extracted by statistical analysis in SPSS software, which indicated correlation between the two variables. The magnitude of this correlation is about 0.308, which indicates a significant relationship between the individual and the university.
