Background and Objective:In recent decades, the use of new information and communication technologies around the world has grown rapidly. The proliferation of personal computers, mobile phones or Android phones, and the easy access to the Internet provided by telephone operators have changed the lives of millions of people. These changes have directly and indirectly affected people's behaviors and habits, and even their cognitive and mental characteristics. As the use of the Internet by children and adolescents increases, there are concerns about their online safety. Providing a safe environment requires an in-depth understanding of the types of risks of the online environment, as well as effective solutions to reduce these risks. The issue of cyberspace abuses and the irreparable damage that this environment can do to personality and social image is a matter of consideration, the prevention of which is most of all the responsibility of the educational organizations, and particularly the family. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between parental supervisory styles and internet safety of children among male and female students of high school. Methods: Descriptive correlational (structural equation modeling) method was used at this study. All the second grade students of high school in Dezful and their parents in the academic year of 2017-2018 were statistical population of this study. According to the sample size, 375 people were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan's tables. Stratified sampling method and random cluster sampling were used for sampling. Two standard questionnaires of determining parental supervisory styles and a researcher-made questionnaire of checking the internet safety of children on a Likert scale were used to collect data. Frequency distribution, mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and structural equation model test were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the parenting styles and the level of internet safety of children. Parents' cordial behavior with their children and their proper control give more confidence among family members. The child who feels such a climate feels safe in expressing his Internet needs, the things that are encountered in using the internet, as well as the questions and problems encountered when using the internet will be more comfortable to discuss these issues with parent. Conclusion: The results show that the highest Internet security of children is observed in the authoritarian regulatory style, followed by the authoritarian style and the negligent style; while the lowest internet security is observed in the non-interfering style. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between parental supervision style and parental Internet security. Parents' sincere behavior and their proper control provide more trust among family members. The child who feels this atmosphere feel more secure and comfortable to express their needs about the Internet, the events that occur in using the Internet, and the questions and problems that they have while using the Internet. Parents with a friendly style and proper control have taken the necessary precautions to use the Internet safely and avoid serious risks. They have clearly set their own rules and expectations for children to use the Internet. And children are aware that they must respect these rules and expectations in order to be loved by their parents. In fact, this group of parents are not far behind their children in issues such as Internet literacy and media literacy, and they know and practice the etiquette of dealing with their children when they use the Internet.

In today's speedily world, electronic learning is use to obtaining knowledge, is quickly progressing , developing and changing .This growing process forces people in charge to utilize scientific and logical methods in implementation , evaluation and management of electronic learning systems. One of the methods according to intellect and logic in electronic learning , is the examination of prerequisites and evaluation of facilities before implementation of electronic learning system. This research was accomplished the goal of examination the facility of implementation of this kind of learning , in Sistan and Baluchestan university. Statistical society is all the student of this university in the second semester of 86-87 educational year . The sample of this research was selected 332 student and the method was random sampling. The means of the research was a standard questionnaire that before was used by another scholar .To analyze the data , descriptive statistical method (average ,standard deviation and variance) and presumptive statistical method (analyzing the unilatral variance ANOVA and T- test, were used. The findings of this research showed that the students of Sistan and Baluchestan university , have relative readiness to enter the electronic learning . moreover , analyzing data presumptively showed the drastically difference between geography students and training science college , management and accounting college students considering of electronic learning .But in other questions of research much more difference was not observed.

Background and Objective:In general, the purpose of e-learning is to provide equal, free and searchable access to courses and to create a uniform learning environment for different people everywhere and to optimize the presentation of course materials for deeper learning. In such an educational environment, unlike traditional (teacher-centered) teaching methods, people benefit from the subjects to the extent of their capacity and ability. In e-learning, it is possible to achieve maximum productivity in education by combining different methods of presenting educational content such as text, audio and video, etc. Virtual education utilizes the capacity of computer networks, Internet technologies, satellite networks, and new digital sciences. In fact, the art of using network technologies is to design, select, transform, and manage the educational process. The purpose of this study was to investigate, identify, and rank the most important key factors in the success of the Persian language e-learning course in universities (Al-Mustafa society and Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin). Methods: This is an applied research in terms of the purpose, descriptive in terms of the method of data collection and cross-sectional study. The statistical population of this study was 60 Persian language instructors who taught at least one full term using the E-learning system. The main instrument for data collecting was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the Likert scale of 5 scales. Findings: The results of the research showed that the factor of content was considered as the first priority, technology as the second, students as the third priority, the organizational factor as the forth one, and the last priority was the general issue. In the study of the organizational factors, the educational- management strategies in organization gained the highest amount of 12.32, the highest percentage of variance 32.08 and the highest coefficient of reliability of 0.875, among the factors of student, the sub-factor trust, adaption and response to the needs with the special value of 8.094 and the variance of 27.93 was the most important sub-factor. Also, in determining the factors of content, the factors affecting content production with a specific amount of 5.314, indicated the highest percentage 42.151 of the total variance related to the factors of content. The applicability of technology with a specific value of 6.07 and 36.54 percent of the total variance was the most important sub-factor of the factor of technology. The leadership and strategic factors with the specific value of 10.404 and 26.035 percent of the total variance proved to be the most important sub-factor in general factors. Conclusion: Based on the set of attitudes of success factors in the use of e-learning in higher education centers, this study aims to prioritize these factors in teaching Persian to foreigners. In this research, these two questions have been answered: What are the key factors of success in using the Persian language virtual education system as a second/foreign language from the perspective of teachers of these courses? And what is the priority and importance of these key success factors identified in the education system of the country's universities? In response to the first question, the findings show that from the perspective of teachers of Persian language e-learning courses to foreigners, the content factor ranks first, the technology factor ranks the second, the student factor ranks third, and the general factor is the last after the organizational factor. Also, in answer to the second question, each of these factors has several sub-factors.

learning processes has become an important issue in the field of education around the world. According to the announced statistics, this is spreading rapidly and widely. e-learning, as the most prominent application of ICT, has added a new dimension to the primary and higher education, and the use of online resources has been successfully combined with education to facilitate teaching-learning activities. That is why in recent years, many organizations, universities and companies have started offering e-learning courses. e-learning is a wide range of application software and teaching methods including computer-based education, web-based education, virtual classrooms, etc. The present study aimed at investigating and identifying critical success factors of e-Learning to develop a comprehensive model for success of e-learning. Methods: The research approach was qualitative and the method was synthesis. The research population was all of the articles (85 articles) related to Critical Success Factors of e-Learning since 2007 to 2017 in accredited journals using specific keywords. The sample included 41 articles selected purposefully based on the theoretical saturation of data. The data were collected from the qualitative analysis of documents. Findings: Using analyzing data, Critical Success Factors of e-learning were classified in 3 dimensions, 8 factors and 52 indicators including structural dimension (organizational, support, system quality, content, and educational factors); behavioral dimension (learner, instructor), and environmental dimension (technology). The results of the data analysis led to the identification of Critical Success Factors of e-learning as a model. Conclusion: In this study, an attempt was made to analyze the documents and studies conducted on the key factors of e-learning success and identify the key factors of e-learning success, to provide a model for e-learning success. As the results of the analysis show, e-learning success factors include three structural dimensions (including: organizational, educational, content, support, and system quality); Content or behavioral dimension (including factors: learner and teacher); and the contextual or environmental dimension (including factor: technology). With a clear view, it can be said that examining and considering all the factors of e-learning success is necessary for its growth and development. Most of the studies have emphasized the importance of structural dimension in e-learning success, although behavioral and contextual dimensions are also essential for e-learning success. Therefore, e-learning centers should also try to identify the factors that may affect their success and, given these factors, ensure the success of e-learning. The findings of this study to some extent is capable of informing them of these factors.

Background and Objective:Evaluating the quality of the teaching-learning system is a process that is done to improve the quality and increase stakeholder’s satisfaction with e-learning programs, and in line with the development of university e-learning courses, attention to the evaluation of the quality of these courses has become important in several ways. The aim of current study is the evaluation of learning-teaching system from the students’ viewpoint at the Faculty of Psychology and Education in the University of Tehran. Also, the research seeks to find the main related factors and variables with the evaluation of e-learning system. Methods: The current research is applied and descriptive-correlational and the research population included all students who were studying in the academic year 1394-95. The sample included 175 students selected by simple random sampling. In this study, after reviewing the literature about measuring quality at different context, 28 main indicators affecting quality of online teaching-learning systems are identified and after the survey of experts, the final model is designed. This model consists of training, technology, communication, evaluation, management, resource support, ethical and institutional dimensions based on Badhal Khan's model. Then, the research data were analyzed based on the questionnaires and research questions Findings: The results of the structural analysis indicated that the model is fit. Also the results revealed that the management actor had the most and the ethical factor has the least connection to the quality of teaching-learning system from the perspective of the students Conclusion: In general, the results of this study showed that in terms of desirability, students' attitudes about assessment factors in e-learning courses are at a relatively desirable level, which indicates some strengths and weaknesses of the e-learning system in the country that can provide valuable information. This provides for managers and officials of the country's higher education system to adopt principled policies and use appropriate strategies and strategies to improve and enhance the quality of dimensions, and by allocating resources and reviewing the development of appropriate standards and mechanisms for the system have proper planning and e-learning.

Background and Objectives:E-learning is the newest form of distance learning and is called an approach to curriculum planning in which, in addition to using inclusive methods, computer tools and the Internet are used. The first generation of e-learning, or web-based learning programs, focused on providing physical classes based on educational content and the Internet. Today, many universities and educational institutions around the world have stepped in to design and offer e-learning programs and courses to meet the growing demand for education. One of the desirable features that can play an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of this type of training is the personalization of the learning environment according to the characteristics of learners. This adaptation is in order for the user to be able to benefit from the learning content and other services of the system according to their goals, knowledge and preferences, and the system, instead of treating everyone equally, treats everyone according to its own characteristics. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors of e-learning adoption in agricultural higher education universities of Iran and to determine the most effective structures on the acceptance of this technology by the faculty members and graduate students. This research was performed to measure the acceptance using survey and the multivariate statistical technique of path analyses. Method and Materials: Statistical population of this research consisted of faculty members and postgraduate students in Iran’s higher agricultural education centers. Total Cronbach Alpha of the questionnaire, for the reliability of the 68 items of the questionnaire, was 88.5 % that is an acceptable figure which demonstrates the high reliability of the questionnaire. In total, 646 questionnaires were collected from 4 universities (Tehran University, Bu-Ali Sina University, Hormozgan University and Torbat Heydariyeh University). After multivariate statistical analysis ‘Path analysis’ and through calculating Beta Coefficients for different routes, the importance of each path was determined. Findings: The results showed that if members of the faculty and postgraduate students of higher education of agriculture in Iran get this reflection that the use of e-learning to carry out their educational activities is useful and reliable at higher agricultural education centers, even those people are not consistent with their subjective norms and have risks, they will continue to use e-learning. From the perspective of the respondents, e-learning is a safe and appropriate education. Therefore, possible risks in such training in virtual environments does not affect their attitude towards this type of training. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that if faculty members and graduate students of agricultural higher education in Iran come to the mentality that using e-learning to carry out their educational activities in agricultural higher education centers is "beneficial" as well as "reliable”, even if it is not compatible with their "mental norm" and has a "perceived risk", they will still use e-learning.

Background and Objectives:The rapid spread of information and communication technology around the world in recent decades, the increasing scientific interest of business in disparate information problems and the application of communication technology and the construction of information society among all countries in the world has expanded. While it is widely accepted that ICT has the potential to create economic opportunities, promote social and political change in society, provide access to knowledge, provide incentives and opportunities for practical sharing in the best possible way in all walks of life, real awareness processes around the world are completely asymmetric. On the contrary, while the digital revolution has pushed the boundaries of the global village, the vast majority of the world has not been separated from this obvious event. The purpose of this study was to design and validate ICT training model for employees. Method and Materials: To design, compile and construct research instruments, some components including basic concepts of information technology, computer use, word processor, spreadsheets, databases, presentations and internet have been extracted using interviews and qualitative analysis. Based on the above components, a questionnaire including 35 items was developed. The statistical population of the research was the staff of the Ministry of Education headquarters in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample size of the study was 280 people, who have been selected using random sampling for external validation. The reliability of the questionnaire in this research was estimated to be 0.92 which indicates a high reliability for the designed instrument. In order to study the validity of the model, structural analysis of confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis methods, path analysis and fitting were used. Findings: The exploratory analysis results included seven components, all of which had a positive correlation. Finally, the result of the analysis of the confirmatory factor was obtained and the fitting indices in the components of ICT education were evaluated, that indicated a proper and desirable fit. Conclusion: Necessary measures should be taken to turn the proposed model of ICT skills training into a codified training program. These measures include reviewing the current ICT training method, compiling training materials and developing guidelines and implementing rules, and providing the necessary arrangements for implementation. In taking the necessary steps to develop and implement ICT training, coordination with the model of the seven types of ICDL training skills proposed should not be forgotten. Independent training should be called computer skills, and a book of the same name, a teacher's guide, and other teaching aids should be designed and compiled, or be done in a multimedia fromat. Due to the implementation of these trainings, a new function in the field of headquarters of the Ministry of Education can be given to all teachers in the country and with the necessary review and information at the beginning of staff recruitment as well as in-service courses.

Background and Objectives:One of the most suitable methods whose main purposes is to teach problem-solving skills is Philosophy is for children. The interest in teaching thinking skills dates back to the late 1960s, when Professor Lippmann was teaching philosophy at Columbia University (New York) and realized that his students lacked the power of judgment and clear reasoning. After a while, he realized that it was too late to strengthen the thinking power of these students. Strengthening these abilities should have been done in their childhood. In other words, when these students were in childhood and adolescence, they had to start a series of special courses in critical thinking or problem solving or any other skill related to formal and non-formal logic. Different educational content can be provided to learners with various tools from books and lectures to the Internet or even computers. Given the importance of philosophical content for children and considering the capacity of new technologies such as multimedia and metamedia, it is possible to use them to provide effective and continuous learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of multimedia of philosophy for children on K-6 students’ problem solving in Javanroud town. Method and Materials: To attain this aim, researchers used quasi pre-test and post-test experimental method with experimental and control groups. The statistical population included all the sixth grade elementary school students in Javanroud town studying in academic year of 2016-2017. Sixty students were selected through randomized cluster sampling to represent the experimental group (30 students) and control group (30 students). The instruments used in this study was Heppner's problem solving. Both groups were given a pretest, and at the end of the course a posttest was administered. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics including covariance analysis. Findings:The findings showed that multimedia of philosophy for children is effective on improving the assertiveness. Conclusion: Other researchers are advised to study the effectiveness of teaching philosophy to children in the context of technology on other important variables in education. It is also suggested that similar research be conducted in other educational levels. The most important limitations of the present study were the limited statistical population to sixth grade elementary school students. Also, the mere use of questionnaires and not using other methods of data collection such as observation and interviews are other limitations of this study.

Background and Objectives:To motivate learners to learn, their needs for security, belonging, and respect must be met, and they must be encouraged to make cognitive and developmental choices. In many ways, the only effective way to achieve this goal is to set up an education in which all learners feel somewhat successful. This sense of accomplishment leads to a realistic level of expectation. The feeling of success encourages the urgent need for progress and prepares success for future progress. Any method of ranking that makes learners feel defeated is irrational and destructive and damages their motivation for academic achievement. Thus, there is a need for some kind of evaluation that can help maintain motivation to be aware of the learner's strengths and weaknesses without imposing personal opinion. One of the applications of fuzzy logic is in evaluating educational functions. The expansion of fuzzy collections has extended its applications to other sciences and technologies, as it is widely used today in the fields of control, image processing, medicine, social and economic studies, and intelligence in various fields. The need for systems of measurement and evaluation that could take into account other aspects of growth as well as cognitive aspect, has been one of the challenges in education. Method and Materials: This paper, using fuzzy logic measures, evaluated the performance of the multimedia production course unit for a group of 30 female students randomly selected among Allameh Tabataba’i university students who added the course unit in their sixth semester (50 people). The scoring was implemented using MATLAB software. The results were correlated with the common scoring method by Pearson correlation (0.78), which indicated strong structural validity with the fuzzy method. Findings: The results showed that qualitative variables affecting multimedia production (subject, message design, instructional design and production skill) can be evaluated using fuzzy method possibilities. Therefore, due to the need to enhance operational and practical skills of the students in real life, it is possible to use the fuzzy system capability in instruction and evaluation so that other growth aspects of the learners such as emotional aspect, creativity or production skills will not be ignored. Conclusion: It is suggested that this method be used in the evaluation of other practical courses such as designing learning environments, web-based teaching and other skills required by student-teachers. Especially in environments where the emphasis is on the learner and the students should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of their learning process. It also provides a platform to define evaluation rules with the consent of learners according to the analysis of their characteristics and needs. In this way, by maintaining motivation, one can hope to continue learning.

Background and Objectives:Universities play an important role in society. They are centers of innovation, attract and nurture talent, create and share new knowledge, and are of great value in the national and regional economies. Thus, declining government budgets and increasing global competition for qualified staff and students have led universities to provide better conditions for providing education in a variety of ways. On the other hand, communication technologies have paved the way for distance learning by offering new methods of education. Therefore, with the development of the Internet and multimedia technologies and their use in educational programs, a kind of educational model called e-learning has been created. In e-learning, due to the existence of the World Wide Web, all stages of education have benefited from what the Internet has provided. In the web space, a variety of features such as online class notes and lecture materials, dynamic online Q & A systems, classroom preparation for exams, games and real-life simulations for educators and learners are provided. In order to present and manage activities in the e-learning environment, a software program called Learning Management System (LMS) is used, which provides facilities for sharing educational materials, sending notifications related to each lesson, presenting and performing assignments, providing users with online communication with each other, conducting evaluations, and evaluating results. Accessibility is one of the important indicators in obtaining students' and teachers' interest in a courseware. Therefore, the present study aimed to identify the effective factors impacting on the accessibility of Shahid Beheshti University’s courseware. Method and Materials: Accordingly, a qualitative phenomenology research has been implemented. The population of this study is undergraduate students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology of Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran who had an experience of working with the courseware. 15 Participants were selected using purposeful sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted for data gathering until the theoretical saturation was achieved. The findings were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin coding method at two open and axial coding levels. Findings: According to the findings from 15 interviews, six categories including: the weakness of quick access to the content of discussions, the lack of off-line access to the discussions, not suitable access to the content on multiple platforms, lack of ability to display online users, the weakness in access to discussions of the previous groups; and lack of student access to their performance results, were identified. Conclusion: The main result of this research is to highlight the importance of the "availability" indicator for learning management tools and systems and also to determine the factors affecting this important indicator. If the designers and implementers of learning management systems in schools and universities are interested in improving the management function of their curriculum, it is necessary to pay proper attention to these six factors. Processes and components in courseware need to be changed so that they can be "more accessible" to their stakeholders by considering the above six factors. These factors could help e-learning administrators and designers to provide a better and more qualified experience for their students and faculties.

This concern is mostly due to the future dependence of children on their level of success in education, although these concerns are a promising and pleasant point for the promotion and advancement of their children and the education system as a whole. In another form, it provides a kind of anxiety and worry for families and students as if a person completes the study process and his way to university is difficult, they can no longer be a successful person and an effective citizen. Socially, one of the problems of educational systems in any country is academic failure; an efficient educational system with the lowest drop and the highest efficiency. When it comes to academic failure, it includes various aspects of failure such as complete absenteeism, early school leaving, repetition of the basic level, and the low quality of students' education with which is associated with. The computer and the Internet is one of the means of communication in the modern age that has been used by humans. This device has caused speed and accuracy in work and the expansion of communication, in a way that has turned the planet into a global village. And its spread has caused problems in communities. One of these problems is the drop in education among students. The present study aims to identify the role of computer games and educational failure of high-school students of Tehran. Method and Materials: The research method is correlational and survey data collection method has been used. The statistical population of the study includes 27535 Tehran’s high-school students (Region 3). The sample size was estimated to be 385 by Cochran formula, selected by multi-staged cluster sampling method The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Face validity and content validity were confirmed by some experts and supervisors. In addition, its reliability based on Cronbach’s alpha for social class was .80, for Internet & game questionnaire was .71 and for educational failure questionnaire was .72. Data were analyzed by SPSS software, quantitative and descriptive statistics, multiple Pearson correlation test, T-test, and One Way Analysis of Variance. Findings: The results show that 88% of students have access to the Internet. Their primary access means include mobile phones and the average use of the Internet is 4 hours and 23 minutes. 41% play computer games, 65% use mobile phones and 17% use PlayStation to play games. The daily average of playing computer games is 2 hours and 55 minutes. From among the games, war games have been allocated the highest frequency. Conclusion: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between computer games, types of computer games, Internet access, gender, age, major, social class and educational failure of students. What is certain is that today the role of computers in human life is undeniable and has taken up a large part of human time in life and computer games have become a ring of entertainment for people of this era, especially students. In recent years, we have witnessed the entry of many computer games into the market, which in leisure and entertainment, is the companion of different segments of society from childhood to adulthood, both students and non-students. In addition to the positive effects that the computer has on the transmission of information and familiarity with the world around students and the performance of daily life, its excessive use can have negative consequences such as academic failure, that was the result of this study.

E-learning is an artistic educational system and a comprehensive solution for those institutions that want to move in the path of technology of the day and change their teaching methods and environments. The purpose of this study is looking for identification and awareness of the current status of e-learning in universities and higher education institutions to draw the desired situation in this field, and at the same time, review the reasons for the lack of development of e-learning in that area. In this article, the maturity six-level model of Misra and Dingra were used (Levels: Closed, Preliminary, Initial presence, Perceived, Institutionalized, Optimized). This research is a survey. The statistical population of the study includes faculty members and postgraduate students in higher education in agriculture in Iran. The sample size is calculated using the Cochran formula and the sample population of the study was selected by random sampling in several steps which is 517 people. In this study, the questionnaire was used in order to collect the required information. The precision of indices and items cited in the questionnaire, or face validity, was confirmed by the specialists and professors. To investigate the reliability and internal consistency of the study instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha value was 0.86. In order to analyze the collected data Weka software and artificial neural networks were used. In this paper, based on Misra and Dhingra models, the 6 above levels were data analyzed. After analysis by artificial neural networks and communicating between electronic maturity levels, the fourth level or "realized level", with 82.37% accuracy of information, and with the fewest amount of errors (7 %) was more desirable compared to other levels.

This research was an attempt to examine empirically whether therewas a meaningful relationship between the use of oral authentic materials and EFL learners` motivation and also determine the subsequent effects of them on the communicative competence of learners. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to examine the impact of authentic listening materials on development of motivation and enhancement of listening comprehension ability of forty male and female EFL learners at institutional level. It basically focused on exposing language learners to authentic materials and real life situations in language classroom as part of the communicative approach. The results of listening comprehension post- test were compared with those of the pre- test scores using a t- test. The participants of this study also completed a questionnaire so that we could evaluate the degree of their motivation to learn English using the application of oral authentic materials and real life language which is used outside the classroom. The results of this study pointed to the effectiveness of using authentic materials; therefore corroborating previous findings in application of authentic listening materials as a useful technique to improve learners' listening comprehension skill and development of motivation.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is defined based on the existence of some implications in attention, inhibition, impulsivity curbing, and the activity level. Often, the problems of children with ADHD in the executive functions may be reflected in all educational, social, and behavioral areas. Smart school is a different educational area that can affect the elementary ADHD students. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study was investigating the effectiveness of smart school curriculum on the hyperactivity symptoms of elementary students. The research method was quasi – experimental and the population included all elementary students of Kerman city (68325 students). The sample includes 162 students (84 student from smart schools and 78 students from public schools) from 2 districts of Kerman. The symptoms of ADHD were evaluated by the parents through Swanson, Nolan and Pelham Questionnaire (SNAP). The results showed that there is a significant difference between the hyperactivity symptoms of the students of smart schools and that of normal schools. Accordingly, smart school curriculum has a positive impact upon the reduction of hyperactivity symptoms, so that it improves the symptoms in these students.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of e-Learning on the reading and memorizing the Quran on third year elementary school students in Tehran. The sample included 60 students who are selected by non-random sampling method. 30 students are considered as control group and 30 students are considered as experimental group. To collect data, a Self-made software called “Quran Angels”, and a questionnaire in accordance with the objectives of the third grade textbook are used. Independent samples t test and t affiliates are used to compare the experimental and control groups. The findings show that the difference between the mean scores of pretest and posttest in the experimental group is more than the control group. It is concluded that using the educational software “Quran Angels” has a positive impact on the reading and memorizing the Quran on third grade elementary students.

Professors and trainers are the main pillars of the teaching-learning process who play an undeniable role in improving the quality of the educational system. The present study was conducted to identify the characteristics of successful instructors of virtual education. For this purpose, phenomenological method was used to identify and delineate the depth of the phenomenon under the study. Data from 14 semi-structured interviews with students and professors of the University of Tehran were gathered and analyzed. Data analysis was conducted based on Colaizzi's strategy. Analysis of the data from the interviews itenfited four main categories including: electronic skills, educational features, researchist features and moral characteristics and behavior. The findings showed that effective teaching in virtual education requires special capabilites and the current status is far from the ideal situation.

This study was aimed at identifying interaction solutions in improving the teaching – learning process of smart schools in Semnan the method used for this study was exploratory mixed method that first part is qualitative and second part is quantitative. In the qualitative research, in first case 6 persons who are expert in ICT were sampled and they were interviewed in depth method, in second case 24 teachers were chosen in a purposive and snowball methods and they were interviewed in semi-guided method. After content analysis of the obtained results of interviews and deep theoretical study, the researchers developed this results in a form of questionnaire contained 2 sections: 1: demographic information and 2: interaction solutions in improving teaching – learning process of smart schools in the ideal situation and the present situation. Construct and content validity of the questionnaire was determined by experts, and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha, which in the ideal situation reported 0.85 and in the present situation 0.89.In the quantitative part of the research, questionnaires were completed by 254 teachers, 24 managers, 24 deputies and 8 experts in ICT that they were sampled in a stratified method. The results are shown that " connecting schools to National intranet and creating local network to the school "with the most important which are ranked in the first place. «Mobilization computer mini PC, class mate, thin client or lap top connected to the network lan" is in the second place» Computer integrated communication with other schools that is placed in the third." This study examines the factors contributing to the development of branding strategies in e-learning based universities. The purpose of this paper is to identify factors contributing to the development of branding strategies in a virtual university in Tehran. In this paper, the factors wich affecting strategy (the first stage of the strategic management process) for e-learning based universities, based on the literature and the experience of many years of activity, in this type of Iranian universities, are collected and using professors’ perspectives we can provide scientific and practical strategies that help university to create a successful brand. The aim of this study is to investigate and redefine the role of the teacher in new environments and rich in technology in accordance with the view of the Connectivism theorists. The research approach is qualitative and the research method is based on Mayring’s qualitative content analysis. The Research community is all of the relationship articles about the Connectivism theory since 2003 to 2015 and learning in accredited journals in the field of education which are sorted with specific keywords. There were 98 articles. The sample was 13 articles which were selected purposefully based on the theoretical saturation of data. The data were been collected from the qualitative-analogous analysis of documents of the sample. By analyzing data the answers to the research question were identified in 29 sub-categories and were classified in 6 main subscales based on the open coding method. The results of the analysis led to the recognition of teacher’s important roles as a model in training environment based on technology in accordance with the learning-oriented Connectivism theory.

Increased concern about environmental issues and the need to respond to the international community and the integration of education and research programs on knowledge created. The use of ICT in education and training systems and the training program is active. The role of modern education for effective participation in the third millennium draws. This study aimed to assess factors affecting the implementation of mobile learning in environmental education programs. The research method was descriptive-analytic research is based on forecast. The population of students in Tehran during the 1394 school year. The stratified cluster random sampling was stratified, and ninth grade students from 12 area schools were selected randomly to 350 people. To collect data, a questionnaire was developed by Cheon and his colleagues. To determine the validity of the opinions of experts and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was used. Data analysis was performed with SPSS and LISREL8.8. Path analysis results showed that all variables except the variable ease of understanding with attitude and independence of learning there is a significant relationship perceived behavior control.

This qualitative study investigates the process of learning verbs, as one of the fundamental aspects of learning Persian language, by PSL (Persian as a second language) Learnersthrough dynamic assessment and using new technologies which are in contradiction with the traditional approaches of teaching and assessment. In so doing, two Iraqi students of Razi University were subjected to a four-month enrichment program that captured their microgenetic development and involved using IMO which, as a realization of new technologies, provides its users with the opportunity of synchronized electronic communication. Results indicate that each learner upon receiving the right level of instruction and prompts moved along the continuum of mediation internalization to get closer to the self-regulation extreme which in turn denotes their social and cognitive development in their Zone of Proximal Development in using the target structures. That is, dynamic assessment via electronic communication equipped the researchers with an in-depth knowledge of each learner`s position along the continuum of other-self regulation which was followed by the appropriate level of instruction and led to his development. The findings of this study contribute to the area of second language teaching in general and Persian language teaching in particular.

The research has been conducted in an attempt to examine the effect of multi-media teaching on sixth grade learners’ academic engagement in science courses of the nomadic multi-grade classes. The research is a quasi-experimental one and is performed using the pre-test, post-test method with the control group. The participants of the study were 40 learners (19 female and 21 male) among nomadic sixth grade students, who were selected using multistage random cluster sampling method and placed randomly in the control and experimental groups. The academic engagement questionnaire with specific validity and reliability were utilized to gather data. The face and content validity was examined and reliability coefficient was estimated 0.83. Using the inferential and descriptive statistics, the data were analyzed by SPSS. The findings revealed a significant difference between employing multi-media teaching and academic engagement (behavioral, academic, psychological and cognitive) of learners in control and experimental groups (p<0.05) and the mean score of academic engagement students whom being taught with multi-media method was higher. However, there is not a significant difference between the academic engagement of female and male students in the experimental group (p>0.05). Therefore, the multi-media teaching method has almost equal effect on male and female students.

Electronic Commerce and E learning is one of the requirements of today’s business. Information communication technology development, cultural communication development, rapid scientific-technological development, target population extension that needs high quality education services are some of these requirements. The aim of this study is to identify the affecting factors on E-learning, quality, in aspect of virtual students’ perspective. For this purpose by literature review, we extracted the affecting factors on E-learning quality. Then Researcher made questionnaire distributed among 112 University students of Tehran University virtual students at computational courses. The criteria’s assessment was used by Likert continuum. Then collected data were analyzed by SPSS software. Questionaries’ reliability (by Cronbach Alpha) and validity (by average variance explained) were confirmed. Then the research questions were analyzed by using Non Parametric Kolmogrov-Smironov, Binomial, mean of the ranks and Mann-Whitney test. The results reveal that Tehran University students believed that "quality infrastructure", "teacher" & "technological factors" have been identified in the first phase of this study. In addition, there aren’t any significant attitudes between Farabi & Faculty of management of the University of Tehran. Developing a new E-learning quality assessment model is one of the researchers’ initiations. Also lack of deep view to observed phenomena because of quantity approaches is one of the researchers’ limitations.

Traditional EFL reading assessment has been criticized for providing learners with almost no instructional feedback thus extensively ignoring learning enhancement and learner training. In an attempt to address this gap, the present study was designed to determine whether mediations in a dynamic assessment program have significant effects on the development of reading comprehension strategies. Using a convenience sampling method, four intact EFL classes comprising of 116 male students were selected from two high schools in Hamedan, Iran. The study used a quasi-experimental design that included a pretest, a posttest, and a delayed posttest. The participating classes were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. A one-way between-groups analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was applied to compare the effectiveness of two different interventions. During the experiment, participants in the control group received non-dynamic reading tests, while participants of the experimental group underwent DA sessions receiving mediation on applying reading comprehension strategies. The participants were also given the reading strategy questionnaires. Results indicated that training reading comprehension strategies through annotations and oral mediation in DA had a positive immediate and delayed effect on enhancing awareness and use of such strategies, particularly for low achievers.

This study investigates the effects of environmental education on female and male students' knowledge level through visual mass media. The data gathered by researcher made questionnaire which the specialist calculated its reliability (0.77). To get the research aim researcher used semi experimental method using the pre-test and post-test method between experimental and control group. The sample of this study was 60 university students who were selected by simple randomly among 1450 students of Shahid Rajaee teacher training university that didn't pass any course about the environment. Then they were divided randomly to experimental (n = 30) and control (n = 30) groups. The experimental group was taught by using visual (film) mass media, while the control group didn't receive any education. The information processed and analyzed by independent t-test. Results showed that the visual mass media have a positive impact on environmental knowledge of the students. So it is recommended to use visual media productions (videos, clips, etc.) as a platform for delivering knowledge, information and education, in environmental issues.
