Nowadays، creativity and innovation، particularly in the field of research، are of an extreme importance. Group activities have a key role in this area. Accordingly، and owing to the effect of spaces on human beings، this paper has focused on the identification of space aspects that increase the researchers’ creativity and innovation in an “architecture and urban design research center”. To achieve a set of desirable architectural attributes of the center’s public areas، four factors influencing creativity and innovation were taken into account which includes tranquility/physical comfort، motivation، creative thinking، and communication. Also، four spatial aspects، which affect these factors، were considered as privacy، beauty، spatial diversity/flexibility، andproximity/visibility. On the basis of the aforementioned factors and spatial aspects، a four-point Likert scale questionnaire was prepared to gather the researchers’ opinions. The statistical approach of Repeated Measure Analysis of Variance (RM-ANOVA) in the environment of SPSS software was employed to assess the questionnaires’ data. The rankings of factors influencing on the innovation and creativity، from the perspective of being affected by spatial aspects، were accordingly extracted

Architecture includes a wide range of courses from only theoretical courses to only practical ones. Applying distance education for transferring the learning from teacher to student requires deliberation and exact programming. In this research, we have compared the level of learning of students in traditional education system with that of the students in distance education system in architecture field. For this purpose, students a course arbitrary choose traditional or distance education system for given course materials. Selection of studied course materials among specialized ones considering the level of action of its presentation will be illustrated in the text. This study is a semi-experimental research. The population which has been studied includes the students of architecture in associate and bachelor level program of the University of Mohaggeg in Ardebil during the academic years of 2007-8 and 2006-7. The collected data is the result of the qualitative –quantitative assessment of these students in their academic courses and comparison of their level of learning with one another. The result of this research focuses on the success of distance education system in theory vs. the relative lack of success in practical courses. These conditions, different plan for practical courses in distance education system takes.

Each program is prepared, approved and implemented according to the policies, goals, facilities, and executive methods of the relevant period. With the advent of new ways of transmitting information and changing facilities and the need to improve the level of graduates, there are necessities that require planners to reconsider their plans. The curriculum approved in 1998 for the "Bachelor of Architecture" course is no exception. It seems necessary to achieve the desired goals and coordinate with the new scientific and educational needs and trends, as well as to eliminate the problems and contradictions of review and revision in the above program. The growing needs of the country in the field of construction and quality improvement and the correctness of action in this field depends on the training of experts who can meet the needs of society in this regard. In this article, an attempt has been made to analyze and prove the discrepancies and problems between the goals and its executive methods by presenting the content of the program and to offer them corrective suggestions. In this regard, directing education towards responding as much as possible to the real needs of society and familiarizing students with their own culture and correct architecture has been considered. The Bachelor of Architecture Engineering course is a professional course that aims to foster creative talent, transfer knowledge and general skills of the architectural profession, and achieve general efficiency in this field. In line with the above goal, an attempt has been made to give the maximum possible price to the architectural design projects and the technical and theoretical courses surrounding it in planning this course. Because in the new structure of the field of architecture, which has become a bachelor's and master's degree discontinuous, and the goal is to train architects with general professional efficiency. In this regard, the number of units in accordance with each of the skills and expertise required by the country has been carefully studied and suggestions have been provided in relation to the issues raised.
