The aim of this Research is study The nature of the relationship between teacher And learner in comprehensive e-Learning Process with an emphasis on ideas of Deleuze To reach this aim,This study from qualitative research and of kind analytic philosophical and inductive. Informationgathering method is library-documentary.First, basic factors in rhizomatic epistemology of Deleuze were investigated.Then, the nature of relationship in Virtual Learning process was illuminated. At the end the nature of relationship Virtual Learning in relation with, the nature of rhizomatic epistemology of Deleuze was examined. The findings of the research indicate that the rhizomatic nature based on connectionism and networking of deconstruction, migration and flexibility. Furthermore, the nature of relationship in Virtual Learning is based on connectionism theory, according to which relationship in Virtual Learning is a systematic and network relationship where there is nonlinear relationship among system elements and the network. based on this theory, learning is itself the relationships of system elements with each other. Thus, its direction is parallel with rhizomatic relationship of Deleuze. Therefore, rhizomatic epistemology in post-constructivism can be an analytical tool to delineate the desired relationship between teacher and learner in Virtual Learning era.
