شناسایی عوامل موثر و موانع کاربرد یادگیری الکترونیک در جهت افزایش سلامت روان دانش آموزان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان کرج (یک مطالعه کیفی)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کاربرد یادگیری الکترونیک در جهت افزایش سلامت روان دانش آموزان و موانع و مشکلات استفاده از آن در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان کرج انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و به روش گروه های کانونی انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. با بهره گیری از روش گروه های کانونی، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه های انجام شده با 29 نفر از کارشناسان و معلمان متخصص در حوزه یادگیری الکترونیک، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز (اولیه)، محوری و گزینشی (انتخابی) شد. کدهای باز شامل 75 مفهوم و کدهای محوری شامل نه مقوله عمده است که مشتمل بر عوامل سازمانی، سواد اطلاعاتی، فناوری، طراحی آموزشی، ذینفعان، منابع آموزشی، عوامل محیطی، محدودیت ها و عوامل نگرشی و در زمینه موانع و مشکلات استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیک نیز 48 مفهوم و کد های محوری شامل نه مقوله که مشتمل بر موانع ساختاری و سازمانی، نبود آموزش های لازم برای معلمان، ضعف دانش آموزان، عدم انطباق برنامه درسی موجود با فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ضعف مدیریتی، مشخص نبودن اهداف و رسالت، شرایط و موانع فرهنگی، نبود نظام انگیزشی مناسب، فضا و تجهیزات به عنوان کد محوری پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی گردید.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the use of e-learning in increasing mental health of students and obstacles and the problems of using it in elementary schools in Karaj. The present study was conducted with qualitative approach and focus group method. The research tool was semi-structured interview. Using the focus group method, the data from interviews with 29 experts and teachers in the field of e-learning, during the three stages of open source (primary) coding, were selected and selected (selective). Open codes containing 75 core concepts and codes include nine main categories that include organizational factors, information literacy, technology, design design, stakeholders, educational resources, environmental factors, limitations and attitudes, and the barriers and difficulties of using e-learning. Also, 48 core concepts and codes include nine categories that include structural and organizational barriers, lack of training Necessity for teachers, student weakness, lack of conformity with existing information and communication curriculum, management weakness, goals and objectives, cultural conditions and barriers, lack of appropriate incentive system, space and equipment were identified as the core code of the present study.
