تأثیر روش تدریس و وضع ظاهری اساتید بر خواب‌آلودگی دانشجویان

چکیده

امروزه دانشگاه‌ها با امکانات آموزشی مناسب و بهره‌گیری از اساتید متخصص درجهت تربیت دانشجویانی متخصص و متعهد تلاش‌ می‌نماید؛ ولی اگر دانشجویان هوشیاری و توجه لازم را در کلاس درس نداشته باشد، تمام این زحمات به هدر می­رود. مقاله‌حاضر به‌بررسی علت خواب‌آلودگی دانشجویان به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل بی‌توجهی در کلاس پرداخته و سعی نموده است تا تأثیر روش تدریس اساتید و وضع ظاهری آنان را بر این مقوله بسنجد. در این راستا 2 فرضیه استخراج که به روش پیمایشی و با طراحی ‌پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته، که توسط 352 دانشجوی جامعه نمونه تکمیل شد، آزمون گردید و این نتایج به­دست آمد: 8/27% دانشجویان تاحد زیادی در کلاس­ها خواب آلود هستند. در هنگام روش سخنرانی 72% دانشجویان، در روش حفظ و تکرار  48% و در شیوه پرسش و پاسخ 4/9% از دانشجویان خواب­آلود هستند. صدای متنوع استاد از خواب­آلودگی 6/36% جلوگیری می­کند و 4/69% تجربه بالای استاد را مانع خواب­آلودگی می­دانند. وضع ظاهری استاد 5/39% در جلوگیری از خواب­آلودگی دانشجویان مؤثر است.

Nowadays universities use adequate facilities and professional lecturers to train skilled students, but if students do not pay attention in class all this effort is in vain. This research has attempted to study the sleepiness of pupils in class and has tried to find out if it is related to the teaching method and instructor’s appearance. In order to do so, two hypotheses are posed and answered through a survey. A questionnaire was designed and completed by 352 students. The results show that 27.8% of students are sleepy in class. During lecturing 72% of students, in memorizing and repetition 48% and in question and answer 9.4% of students feel sleepy. The changes in the voice of the lecturer stops 36.6% of the students from sleeping and 69.4% of students reported that the experience of the teacher prevents them from sleeping. The appearance of the lecturer stops sleepiness by 39.5%.
